Erica graduated from Sydney, NSW in 1992 and promptly started Erica Dash Podiatry from scratch in July, 1993, as she saw the need for a family friendly podiatry practice on the Central Coast.
Erica is an extremely focused woman and always wants to be at the top of her game. She takes pride in her work and looks for the best possible outcome in all of her patients. Erica is passionate about each and every aspect of podiatry. She is creative and takes a lot of her creativity out in her own inhouse laboratory where all of her orthotics are fabricated.
Erica purchased and began using European technology in 2010 to fabricate all her orthotics, and has travelled to France to study alongside the creators of this technology in 2012 and also 2014. It was in France she learnt the invaluable lesson of correcting intoe and out toe on the same day through foot pressures in her orthotics.

Early in 2019, she had a representative over to train her team in the proper use of the equipment and to showcase new materials. Erica remains up to date in clinical advances by attending lectures and virtual conferences throughout the world.
Erica works alongside her patients to get them back to performing at their best whether that’s on the field or out for a casual walk with the dog. Erica doesn’t just prescribe orthotics, she is holistic in her approach and also prescribes stretching and strengthening exercises to encourage muscle and joint health. She prides herself in having the latest and most treatment technologies available for her patients, which is evident in the purchase of a high powered laser to treat both chronic and acute pathologies. The first of its kind on the Central Coast. Erica utilises varied treatments such as dry needling and acupuncture techniques, shockwave therapy and high powered laser as well as orthotic therapy to remove pain fast and get you back to doing what you love
Erica is a mum to three lovely children, who have all grown into wonderful young adults. When not in the clinic, Erica enjoys the outdoors, holidays, camping, hiking and cycling.
