We want you to be happy with what you order from us! If not, you can return your order for an exchange or refund.
How to return your item.
You can return your items within 30 days of the purchase date. Your purchase must be from our store or website.
Items must be returned in a re-saleable or ‘as new’ condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging).
Once we receive your return.
We will process the return or exchange in the fastest possible time, however please allow up to 10 business days. We will send you an e-mail confirmation to let you know we have created a refund or processed the exchange.
We recommend sending all items via a trackable method such as Australia Post Registered Post or Star Track, etc. We do not take responsibility for items we do not receive or that have been lost in transit.
Return delivery costs are at purchaser’s expense for change of mind, or exchange of size / colour.
On the rare occasion where you receive the wrong product, or your product is faulty, we will reimburse your shipping costs.
Faulty items will be inspected and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, we will replace or refund free of additional shipping charges.
If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
We will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original shipping charges.
Please note, unfortunately due to health regulations, no returns or exchanges may be made on any of our accessory products. These include creams, sprays, foot dressers, ortho sleeves, etc.
